Oldies ballot nominee Bobby "Blue" Bland
Here at the People's Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame, we occasionally go back and reconsider some of the earlier groups and artists who may have flown under the radar when they were first considered. Our first Oldies Ballot election was conducted during the vote for our Sixth Class of inductees, and included artists who had debuted by 1955. For this ballot, the debut cut-off has been moved up to 1960.
THE POLLS ARE NOW OPEN! Here's how to vote:
Below is a list of 25 nominees for the eleventh class of People's Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Famers. In order to have your voice heard, select 10 names, and post your ballot either in the comments section of this post or on the People's Rock Hall Facebook page. Any artist or group named on at least half of the counted ballots will be inducted. Write-in ballots are not allowed for the Oldies Ballot election.
Polls Close on Friday, June 15 at 5:00 PM PST.
